By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

General Terms

I reserved the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
Terms and conditions may be subject to change.
You must be at least 18 years old to order.

Payment

I accept PayPal ONLY. I will send an invoice.Any and all payments are quoted in United States Dollars (USD)

Haggling Policy

My pricing structure reflects the value I place on my work. Consequently, I am unable to offer discounts below the stated rates or engage in negotiations to reduce my fees.
Any attempts to negotiate lower rates or dispute the pricing will regrettably result in the imposition of account restrictions.

Plans

Commissions over $200 (USD) may be eligible for a payment plane upon customer request.
Payment plans may vary based on the total price of the commission.
Details about the payment plane will be discussed privately through email correspondence.
Once an agreement has been reached the customer will receive a document via email outlining the payment plan, agreed upon payments, payment dates and amounts owed that will be e-signed.

Split Tended

Payments may be split between several parties.
How customers choose to split payment is at their discretion but must be communicated to me in order to ensure the correct invoices are sent to the correct parties.

Payment Time Frame

Upon acceptance of a commission an invoice will be sent by me. Once received, the customer will have up to 48 business hours for the invoice to be paid. The first invoice sent will be for %50 of the total commission price. Once received, work will begin and sketches will be provided for approval.Once a sketch has been approved by the commissioner a second invoice will be sent for any remaining balance. Once received the commissioner will have up to 7 business days for the final balance to be paid. Work on the final commission will not progress until final payment has been processed.
Failure to pay the sent invoices within the allotted time may result in your commission being cancelled or or delayed.If, after 7 business days, no payment has been made toward the remaining balance your commission will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances if address with me directly within a reasonable time frame

Transaction Fees

Any and all traction related fees will be the customer's responsibility to pay and will not be factored into the price of the commission. Example: processing fees, conversion fees, bank fees, etc.
