General Terms
I reserved the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.Terms and conditions may be subject to change.You must be at least 18 years old to order.
Payment and Fees
I accept PayPal ONLY. I will send an invoice.Any and all payments are quoted in United States Dollars (USD)
Haggling Policy
My pricing structure reflects the value I place on my work. Consequently, I am unable to offer discounts below the stated rates or engage in negotiations to reduce my fees.Please respect these terms—continued attempts to haggle may result in refusal of service.
Payment Plans
Commissions over $200 (USD) may be eligible for a payment plan upon customer request.Payment plan terms may vary depending on the total price of the commission. The details will be discussed privately through email correspondence.Once an agreement has been reached, the customer will receive a document via email outlining the payment schedule, amounts owed, and due dates. This document will be e-signed by both parties.
Split Tended
Payments may be split between multiple parties.How customers choose to divide payment is up to them, but it must be communicated to me in advance to ensure that the correct invoices are sent to the correct parties.
Payment Time Frame
Upon acceptance of a commission, I will send an invoice. Once received, the customer will have up to 48 business hours to complete payment.Orders over $100.00 (USD) may be split into two payments. The first invoice will be for 50% of the total commission price. Once this payment is received, work will begin and sketches will be provided for approval.After the sketch has been approved by the commissioner, a second invoice will be sent for the remaining balance. The commissioner will have up to 7 business days to pay this balance. Work on the final commission will not progress until the final payment has been processed.Failure to pay invoices within the allotted time may result in your commission being delayed or cancelled. If, after 7 business days, no payment has been made toward the remaining balance, your commission will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances if addressed with me directly within a reasonable timeframe.Commissioners may also choose to pay the full price of $100.00 (USD) upfront at their discretion.
Transaction Fees
Any and all transaction-related fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the commission price.Examples include processing fees, currency conversion fees, and bank fees.
Refund and Cancellation
If, at any point, you choose to cancel your commission, a partial refund may be offered.Refund amounts are determined by the amount of work already completed.Example
Full-color piece: $50.00
Line art: $30.00
Refund issued if canceled at line art stage: $20.00Upon cancellation, the customer will still receive a file of the work in its current stage of completion.If, for any reason, I have to cancel a commission, a full refund will be provided to the customer within 48 business hours of the cancellation notice, regardless of progress made.

Delivery
Upon completion, customers will receive both a full-size image and a resized image suitable for upload. Delivery will be provided via the customer’s preferred method (e.g., email, Dropbox, etc.).Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving all files. Final images may not be retained beyond 7 business days, and I cannot guarantee access after this period.
Legal
Privacy Policy
I will not share or sell your personal information including name, email, user ID and paypal information, etc. with another party.
Copyright
Unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing, all commissions are for personal use only.You may not profit from the artwork, sell prints, or create products using the commissioned image. Minor alterations, such as resizing or cropping for non-commercial digital use, are permitted, but the artwork itself may not be modified.I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to reproduce, distribute, and use the image for self-promotion or sale.You are welcome to share your commission on social media, provided that proper credit is given to me as the artist.

Ordering
Placing an order does not guarantee a commission slot.All orders will be manually reviewed. If approved, the client will receive a confirmation email or message securing their slot.
Time Frames
Approval or decline emails/messages will be sent within 24–48 business hours of receiving the order.Once approved, details will be collected from the client and a final price will be provided.
Reference
Clients are expected to provide clear and concise references, either visual or written.If a written reference is provided, an additional design fee may apply.When submitting multiple references, please specify which elements are the most important or accurate for your commission.
